Oneida Lake Ready-Mix, LLC
Oneida Lake Ready-Mix is a new company located in the town of West Monroe in Oswego County that will specialize in the production of concrete for commericial and residential use, as well as heavy equipment repairs and sales.
Project Need (problem)
Oneida Lake Ready-Mix was developed to meet the increased demand for ready mixed concrete products along the Interstate 81 corridor in Oswego County and the surrounding region.
Project Solution
With the assistance of the County of Oswego IDA and CNY EDC, Oneida Lake Ready-Mix will complete construction of a 4,800 square foot building for use as a heavy equipment repair shop, an approximate 500 square foot office building for use as a concrete plant office, and an approximate 2,000 square foot plant building for use in the production of concrete. The project cost will be $1,585,000 and will employ about 29 people with an estimated annual payroll of $800,000.
