Case studies:
I. Cayuga Green. An adjustable PILOT based on ROI
is one feature of a large scale, mixed use, multi-tenant,
multi-building project in the City of Ithaca's urban core.
II. An urban renewal project in White Plains will
include retail space, affordable housing, and a garage for private
and public use. The project involves an IDA and an urban renewal
agency working together in a "demonstration project"
under urban renewal regulations.
III. Creating a revolving loan fund. Nassau County,
in partnership with the Nassau County IDA and the National
Development Council, thought “outside the box” in creating a
revolving loan fund to assist small businesses.
