The
Buffalo Niagara Partnership is seeking a Vice President,
Public Affairs.
The position, which is a member of the
organization’s management team and reports directly to
the President and CEO, is responsible for the
Partnership’s advocacy, communications, events, media
relations, public policy, and public relations
functions.
Reporting to the position are managers of
advocacy, communications, events, and public policy; as
well as several support staff and consultants.
Competitive candidates must have a strong background in
communications and government relations and minimum of 5
years experience in managing people and functions in
these fields.
In addition, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
as well as demonstrated strong written, oral, and
interpersonal communications are required.
