In 2005, Studco Building Systems, an Australian manufacturer of steel framing systems, opened a US operation inMonroe County, New York. As the company's products continued to gain favor with architects and builders, demand exceeded capacity at their original location, and a new 34,850 manufacturing facility was constructed in 2010.
Cost effective expansion of a manufacturing operation to accommodate greater production output.
With assistance from the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency, the company constructed a 34,850 square foot manufacturing plant. The company received sales and mortgage tax exemptions, and real property tax abatements that made the expansion cost effective as production ramps up at the new facility.
Studco, with its increased capacity and range of innovative products will expanded into new markets to offer quality products and competitive pricing to the North Eastern Markets.
