The Center for Economic Growth (CEG) is seeking a consultant or team to develop an implementation plan for the Capital Region ON-RAMP -- a manufacturing training facility and gateway into related construction trades. This initiative will launch a state-of-the-art facility and programming to connect job seekers, employers, training providers, and support services. Proposals are due on Friday, May 23rd. The City of Albany IDA and Capital Resource Corporation (collectively "the Agency") are seeking proposals from individuals and firms with demonstrable experience in providing a full suite of legal services to industrial development agencies and/or public authorities to act on behalf of the Agency. The successful Respondent(s) may enter into a contract with the Agency for a term of one year, renewable at the discretion of the Agency.
