Capitalize Albany Corporation is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed commercial real estate brokerage firms with experience in marketing, leasing and selling properties for owners with diverse portfolios to best position the subject properties of this RFP to be successfully redeveloped. The City of Ithaca requests proposals for professional services to support the development of the City's 2024 Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant application. Proposals from interested firms are due by May 20, 2024. Your proposal will be reviewed, and you may be asked to interview with a committee of staff before a final selection is made.
